I booked a group trip through bus.com i kind of regret not trying them before. The whole process was really easy, the driver showed up on time, and the bus was clean. I had one quick question and support got back to me fast, which was a relief. No major issues at all, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Comfortable and easy ride"
Overall, the bus ride was comfortable. The seats had enough space to settle in, and the trip was smooth for most of the way, which is really all you can ask for on a bus ride. The AC got a little too cold at times, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d use this service again.

I used Bus.com for a group trip where we needed wheelchair access, and I wasn’t sure how smooth it would be. I expected a bit of back-and-forth or confusion, but their support team got back to me quickly and answered the main questions I had.

The driver ended up being really helpful and already knew how to handle the ramp, which was a relief. We were given enough time to get everyone settled, and the seats we asked to have saved were actually saved, so that part went better than I expected.

I’m giving 4 stars because I do think the accessibility details could be clearer before you book. Still, the trip itself went smoothly, and I’d feel comfortable using them again
